As the starting point of Kaspar Laurenz’s first serial body of work, the painting became highly influential for his subsequent artistic development and for numerous works created in the years that followed.

In the artist’s first solo exhibition, Autumn Impressions, in 2025, it was regarded as one of the most expressive works in the then-emerging series.
