Shipping guidelines
Processing time
Orders are typically processed and shipped within 2-4 business days of receiving payment. During periods of high demand, processing time may be slightly longer.
2. How We Use Your Information
We ship within Austria, to the EU and internationally via reliable shipping providers.
The usual delivery times are:

Austria: 2–5 working days

EU: 4–10 working days

International: 7–21 working days
Please note that international shipments outside the EU may require additional time for customs clearance.
Transport damage
Should a delivery arrive damaged, please notify us within 48 hours, including photos of the damage. We will do our best to resolve the issue quickly.
Return and cancellation policy
Right of withdrawal (14 days)
Customers have the right to cancel their order within 14 days without giving any reason. The cancellation period begins on the day the customer or a designated third party receives the goods.
Items excluded from the right of withdrawal
For reasons of value retention, the following items are excluded from the right of withdrawal:

Signed or numbered art editions once the packaging has been opened.
Once the protective packaging is opened, the artwork is considered to be individually customized for collectors and cannot be returned.
Return of goods
After declaring your cancellation, the goods must be returned to us within 14 days. The customer bears the direct costs of the return shipment, unless otherwise agreed.
Condition of the returned goods
Returns must be unused, undamaged, and in the original packaging. We reserve the right to deduct a fee for any loss in value due to improper handling.

After receiving and inspecting the returned item, the refund will be issued via the original payment method within 14 days.
